As reported earlier on Gourmay, one of the highlights of the Dallas social scene is La Grande Bouffe in fashionable Swiss Avenue. Discretion prevents Gourmay from embedding a film clip from the sensationalist French film La Grande Bouffe where couples overindulged in both dining room and bedroom. I suspect there won’t be much overindulgence in Dallas bedrooms tonight as the Cowboys are playing football.
Nancy and David’s delightful Christmas Dinner for 2011 complete with wine pairings makes me want to hop on a plane and join them in celebrating Christmas with this most memorable meal. Hell, I’ll even agree to be the sommelier. Enjoy. Bogey Pinson has promised photographs and these will be shared with Gourmay readers on their arrival.
